Livioo Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Introduction
Livioo is a mobile application developed by Pienk. This policy explains data processed in Livioo. Effective date: July 18, 2026. For support, contact support@pienk.co.
Local-first operation
Livioo may store shopping lists, list items, household needs, fridge/pantry content, recipes, favorites, recent items, recurring needs, language, theme, measurement unit, notification and ad-removal preferences on device. App startup is designed to open from local data without waiting for Firestore.
Account and authentication
Livioo may automatically create an anonymous account with Firebase Anonymous Authentication. If you choose to continue with Google, email address, display name, profile photo URL, Firebase user ID and provider linking status may be processed. Google linking is optional.
Cloud lists and Firestore
Current synchronization is limited to shopping lists and list items. Firestore may store users/{uid}, households/{householdId}, list documents, item documents, owner/member IDs, timestamps, schema versions, deletion tombstones and sync metadata.
Backup and restore
When cloud support is enabled, Livioo may perform periodic safety backups for shopping lists and list items. Users can manually back up or restore supported data through the cloud synchronization option in Settings. Fridge/pantry, recurring needs, custom recipes and favorites remain local unless cloud support is added later.
Advertising
Livioo may show Google Mobile Ads / AdMob banner ads. Non-development builds run a consent flow and banner requests use the non-personalized ads parameter. The Google SDK may process identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics and approximate location derived from IP.
Analytics and diagnostics
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are not enabled in Livioo. The app does not include a separate analytics or diagnostics SDK. Google Mobile Ads processing related to advertising still applies separately.
Service providers
Verified service providers for Livioo are Google Firebase, Google Sign-In when selected and Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
Sharing and sale
Pienk does not sell personal data. When cloud support is enabled, supported list and item data may be processed through Google Firebase infrastructure.
Data retention
Data is retained while required to provide supported functionality. Account-associated cloud data can be removed through the deletion process. Local data remains until you clear it, delete it through the app or remove app data. Provider logs and backups may temporarily persist. There is no fixed retention period for every data type.
Children's privacy
Livioo is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Account and data deletion
You may request deletion in the app or through /en/livioo/account-deletion. For Google-linked accounts, including the Google email address in a support request helps us identify the account. A successful in-app deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, Firestore user record, owned household, cloud-synced lists and items, and locally stored Livioo user content and account-associated data on that device. Relevant scheduled reminders are cancelled. Some device preferences such as language or theme may remain. Uninstalling the app alone does not necessarily delete cloud data.
Security
Pienk applies reasonable technical and organizational measures. Transport is encrypted where provided by Firebase and Google services. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Google service-provider infrastructure may process information in countries other than the user's own. Appropriate provider safeguards apply.
Policy changes
Updates to this policy will be published on this page and the effective date will be updated.
